Watercolor Stationery Workshop (July 2018)

Crafting + Workshop

Hello you lovelies! My body has been sleeping since July started. I seriously don’t understand. But I’m really trying my best to wake it up the soonest. Because… I’ll be having a workshop in Manila!

Yep! It’s been a while. I had my first one last 2014. It was Paper Flower Workshop at Hey Kessy. Then I had another one Paper Flower Workshop at Commune the next year.

This time around, I’ll be doing a Watercolor Stationery Workshop.

This is quite the same as the Watercolor Stationery last May here in Davao. Except this is just merely watercolor and no digital part. I realised from the last workshop, 1 day can be very overwhelming especially for the beginners. It’s best to separate the two parts. Then take the digital part some other time.

However, this time, since I’ll be in Manila just for the weekend, I thought, the basic watercolor would be a good start then next time, digitising the elements maybe.

If you’re wondering if this workshop is for you, here are the things you will learn from it:

• Basic watercolor. From combining colors to brush strokes.

• Learn how to paint different loose flowers and foliage.

• Turning these flowers into stationery such as notecard, postcard and bookmark.

If you think, this is something you’re interested in, all you got to do is Register Here.

Just like the first batch, I am very much grateful for our workshop partners.

This time around, I really couldn’t be happier for the love and support that I got from the Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf family. When I told them about it, they didn’t hesitate to help me right away. A really big shoutout to NellaI cannot thank you enough for your warm and welcoming support.

Then to Daniel Smith and De’s Artroom, the official distributor of Daniel Smith. A big love to Ethel who also showed a warm support when she found out about my workshop. Daniel Smith extra fine watercolours are the paints that we will be using during the workshop. We will also have a raffle of one of their artists’ dot card palette.

Shipping Cart also extended their love for this workshop. One winner will also get a coupon from them.

Canon Phils. will be our official printer for all the module and other stationery prints.

I cannot thank our partners enough for being part of my workshops. It’s truly overwhelming.

You know, last July 8, Artisan Paperie celebrated quietly it’s 9 years as a craft store and design studio. Since it was temporary closed because of the renovation, I decided to just keep it low. But I realised how far it has grown. I never had partners in my workshops before. But now, I get to work with these awesome brands. I truly cannot believe it and I’m truly grateful for it.

Register here for the Watercolor Stationery at Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf at Festival Mall. July 28 (Sat). I’m only taking limited slots, so I hope you register right away.
