I’ve been blogging and sharing DIY craft tutorials for quite sometime now but I never had an easter craft ideas. How weird is that? And this is one of the simplest crafts to do.
Since it’s already Easter Sunday tomorrow, let’s make something easy. I’m gonna share an easter egg tutorial that you can do with your kids.
Materials for the DIY Easter Egg
Eggs (better if you boil it already)
Sharpie Markers
Acrylic Paint
Paint Brush
All these can be found in your house for sure. If you don’t have an acrylic paint, poster paint will do. If you’re planning to use watercolours, that’s fine too. But you have to consider, once it gets wet, the color might be removed. A broader tip marker might be more handy if you want to color a wider area.

Told yeah it’s simple, right?
Yes, you can do so many things with your Sharpie, guys! Not only on paper. Also, Sharpie is an alcohol based marker. You can play with alcohol on it to blend colours. You can check this tutorial, DIY Paper Box Tissue Holder to know how to do it with alcohol or if you want to do another craft.
Whether you’re at the beach or at home, may this craft ideas I’m sharing will inspire you to create something today. I’ll be sharing more of craft tutorials on my YouTube channel every now and then. I’d appreciate it so much if I’ll see you there too.
My Mama and I had simple staycation at Marco Polo yesterday after we went to hear the mass at Ateneo de Davao. It was one good homily. We were also able to rest well. Right now, I’m back at the coffee shop, Yellow Hauz. How are you spending your Holy Week?
Happy Easter, friends!
